A Quick Weekend Project

This mortar is made of teak wood. Took about 3 hrs.

Octagonal shape is planned using hand planner


Drilled lot of holes on the top with a 3/8" bit. Removed rest of the material with a chisel.




Sanded

With first coat of varnish
